Oct. 23, 2017 - Due to raw material and logistics cost increase, Imerys Graphite & Carbon will enact a general global price increase of 9% for Synthetic Graphite products, starting from January 1, 2018, whilst respecting all contractual commitments. 

Hugues Jacquemin, Vice-President and General Manager of Imerys Graphite and Carbon, comments: “There has been an impact of raw materials and logistics costs on our production, which has led us to implement a global price increase on our TIMREX® synthetic graphite grades for the new year. Although this is inevitable, we will respect existing agreements with our clients and we will continue to focus on the consistency of our products’ quality, security of supply, and innovation. Furthermore, we are committed to continuing ensuring high standards in terms of sustainability of our production processes.”
